Private deployment
Video libraries are more than files — they are valuable organizational assets containing accumulated expertise, decisions, and institutional knowledge. Gallery keeps these assets structured, searchable, and governed so teams can securely discover and reuse what the organization already knows.
Recordings may also contain commercially sensitive information, including internal processes, competitive strategy, proprietary methods, product plans, customer discussions, and employee data. Private deployment keeps videos, metadata, search indexes, and operational data within infrastructure controlled by your organization—preserving both the value and confidentiality of your knowledge capital.
Executive perspective
Every recording can preserve expertise, strategic decisions, operational methods, and insights that would be difficult—or impossible—to recreate. Gallery brings these video assets into an organized library with clear ownership and controlled access to support reuse and audit review.
Because these assets may reveal internal processes, competitive priorities, intellectual property, or confidential stakeholder information, Gallery can be deployed entirely within your organization’s private infrastructure. Your most valuable knowledge remains accessible to authorized teams without leaving the environment you control.

MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK
Asset owners organize videos and manage who can access them. Viewers watch and learn through shared videos, folders, and playlists, while ownership and management stay with the asset owner.
Arrange recordings into ordered playlists for onboarding, training, or briefings. Adding or removing a playlist entry leaves the original video in its library folder.
Transfer eligible resources to another active user, who receives them in Transferred to me. Ownership transfer is separate from sharing and requires confirmation.
Clear ownership, controlled sharing, and retained event context support audit review. Keep recordings organized so teams can identify the responsible owner and review who has been granted access.
Everyday video workflows
Give every video asset a place. Group recordings, events, and playlists in folders, move items with drag and drop, and choose the library view that fits your work.
Search by title within the currently loaded collection, with type filters where available. Private tags help organize media you own, with tag filtering and sorting in supported library views.
Create ordered playlists from your videos, then reorder them with dragging or keyboard controls. A recording can belong to a playlist while staying in its original folder.
Video quality adjusts to the available connection and player size. Viewers can set their own pace with playback speed controls, quick jumps through a recording, and fullscreen viewing.
Owners can save titled timeline cues for viewers to navigate a recording. In supported secure desktop browsers, an always-on-top popup keeps the same player and position while you work.
Inspect a supported video locally, review its title and destination, and choose optional audio and video sample checks before accepting the upload. Server verification confirms when the video is ready.
Meeting recordings
Bring live event and meeting recordings into your library. Imported meeting recordings first arrive in the meeting owner's Meeting recordings inbox, based on the synchronized schedule. Preparing items become playable after processing and verification.
Move a ready recording into an owned destination folder. The same resource moves out of the inbox into your library, keeping one recording rather than creating a duplicate.
Asset owners give viewers access from the recording's folder and reuse the video in playlists. Eligible owners can download a stored original when the installation grants that permission.
Live events & recorded context
Schedule an event using an available camera and your account time zone. For a configured active event with an authorized stream, enabled chat and Q&A let permitted attendees contribute and hosts answer questions.
When a verified live capture is finalized, the video keeps the same resource, folder, and authorized conversation history. Recorded chat and Q&A become read-only, and saved timeline cues remain available. An open live player can transition to paused recorded playback when that recording is ready.
Live playback and recording depend on the installation's camera and stream configuration. Scheduling alone does not start a broadcast or guarantee a recording. Available controls also depend on ownership and permissions.
